Chloe's Apple Crumble

Who doesn't love these autumn months?  Leaves, pumpkins, Saturday and Sunday night TV.  Another classic autumn joy is the food and here is Chloe's Apple Crumble.

First, with Grandad's help she picked the apples off the tree in our garden:-

Nanna I am going to bake an apple crumble.
                                                    Help me.

So, with help from Nanna, she chopped the apples and placed them in an overproof dish.
Then weighed out 100g plain flour, 50g of butter, 50g of sugar and placed them in the mixer until they reached a coarse crumbly consistency.  We then spooned this mixture on top of the apples.

and baked it in the oven 190 for 30 minutes.  Easy.

Was it good Chloe?

I like it with ice cream!
