Ready for something festive?
Taking place at The Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre is Beauty and The Beast and Emmie is performing as a Dancer with other friends from the Stage Door School of Dance.
There is nothing quite like a Panto at Christmas time and there's nothing as British as sandwiches and scones. So, what better way to get ourselves feeling all merry before the Panto than by meeting up at Caroline's for afternoon tea with the Elves and indulging in crumbly mince pies, sausage rolls and champagne.
The pantomime opened with a bang (I had to remove my new hearing aid!!!) with the fairy Bon Bon played by Eastenders' Emma Barton playing classic TikTok songs throughout the show. The show continued to delight with on stage lighting and stunning backgrounds accompanied by a great band.
The story took you to the castle where Belle was trapped with the Beast after letting her father escape and taking his place.
Belle played by Ellie Green and the Beast played by Mark Scott worked so well together with amazing dancing routines and a story of love that grips you from the start.
And the background dancers were excellent and made the show with their well rehearsed dancing and outfits to match. Well done Emmie.
This panto is a must see for all the family, a great evening with laughs and jokes and is still playing until 2nd January so book those tickets and get down to Bournemouth Pavilion to watch this spectacular modern twist of Beauty and the Beast.
And well done Mummy too. You worked hard being a chaperone.
